- Correct technique for using the knife and keep in good condition
- Learn about technique how to choose fruit and vegetable for carving
- Carving vegetable for creating displays

- Carving flowers from mooli, carrots and beet roots.

Accommodation and fruit and vegetable carving courses prices :
- Single room is £35 per night or Twin/double room is £50 per night at The Summerlands Guesthouse
- Lessons are 4 hrs. per day for 3 days, a total of 12 hrs.
- The first 2 hrs. is free with accommodation
- Subsequent hours are £15 per hour.
- £30 for material for full 3 days courses
