Cooking instructions
- Peel the skin from the green papaya.
- Use a shredder and shred the papaya and leave it in the cold water to make it crisp and crunchy
- Boil dried shrimp until it soft then drain and leave it to cool down.
- Smash garlic and chilli peppers lightly in a mortar.
- Add 2 tablespoon of peanuts and beat it lightly.
- Add in sliced tomatoes, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and mix it until become fine dressing.
- Add 1 handful of shredded papaya and 3 tablespoon of shrimp.
- Smash and mix it lightly.
- Top off with the rest of peanut and shrimp
- Serve with white cabbage and string beans.
