Beef preparations
- Season beef with all the ingredients from above and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hrs
- Grill the beef in the pan and add the slice of butter.
- Remove from the grill, slice the beef ready to make salad
Cooking instructions
- Put the sliced beef and sliced red onion into a large mixing bowl
- Season with lime juice, fish sauce, chilli oil and pickled garlic juice
- Toss to mix well and taste to see if you want to add any more lime juice or fish sauce.
- Add sliced cucumber, spring onion, chopped tomatoes and coriander
- Taste and add more seasoning if required
